How do sets work?
Choose any top (Bow Shirt or Short Kaftan) and any bottom (Ruffle Shorts, Long Pants or Quarter Pants). Mix prints and sizes however you like, and the set price applies: from $129, saving $9 to $15.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and sent within 2–3 business days. All orders are shipped from Melbourne with Australia Post. Shipping within Australia is a flat A$12 per order. Delivery times depend on where you live. As a guide, Australia Post estimates Parcel Post takes 2–4 business days within Victoria and 3–6 business days interstate. Regional and remote areas can take longer. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with Australia Post. Shipping is a flat A$29 per order to New Zealand and A$50 per order to all other countries. As a guide, Australia Post estimates international Standard parcels take around 4–11 business days to most metro areas, depending on the destination. Customs processing and regional locations can add time.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. To start a return, email us at hello@rivanacollective.com with your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
How do I choose my size?
The Bow Shirt, Long Pants, Quarter Pants and Ruffle Shorts come in XS to L. Both kaftans come in two easy sizes: S (fits AU 4–12) and L (fits AU 14–20). Everything has a relaxed fit; our size guide has garment measurements for each style.
How should I care for my pieces?
Our pieces are 100% cotton. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours, turned inside out. Do not bleach or tumble dry; dry flat in the shade and iron on low heat, on the reverse if needed. Our fabrics are digitally printed, so colours may bleed: wash separately for the first few washes. Cotton gets softer with every wash, and over many washes the fabric naturally thins and may tear, so a gentle cycle helps it last longer.
